As an event producer, content provider, creative services provider, and authorized business representative for local and national non-profit organizations and for-profit companies, we know you care about your privacy and the protection of your personal information.


Personal information to us means any contact data such as your first and last name, email addresses, zip code, and phone number, i.e., information that is not otherwise publicly available and linked or reasonably linkable to you, members of your household, and/or your household address.


We want to make sure you understand how any information that you voluntarily provide to us by opting into many of our online event promotions and activations, failing to opt out, or attending any of our own or client-sponsored in-person events will be protected and used for its intended purposes only.

While you are logged into your account to view web site content, event information or to purchase tickets or use other online services, you are not anonymous to us online. We (including our business affiliates and partners) collect personal information when, among others, you create an account, log in to your account, or utilize our network, request information about our products and services, participate in a promotion, activation, or an online survey, or contact us with a question or suggestion.

Please note that we do not allow children under the age of 13 to register any account created or administrated by us.  We will never knowingly ask children under 13 for any personally identifiable information.


There are times when we may be required by law to disclose information about you to third parties. This may happen with or without your consent, and with or without notice, in compliance with the terms of valid legal process such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant. 


We may also disclose information that personally identifies you as permitted by law and without your consent when it is necessary to protect our customers, employees, or property; in emergency situations; or to enforce our rights under our terms of service and policies.


We are a company based in the United States of America and thus governed by U.S. law.  Our web site is intended for use by individuals within the United States. We expressly limit our reach to the United States; if you are located in the European Union and attempt to access our website to obtain any information, we may not have sufficient information to determine your location and may process your personal information in compliance with governing U.S. law only.
